The Southeastern Wisconsin Association of Diabetes Educators SWADE is a
multidisciplinary association of healthcare professionals dedicated to
integrating successful self-management as a key outcome in the care of
people with diabetes and related conditions
Our Mission:
SWADE, a chapter of the AADE, is dedicated to the promotion of healthy
living through self-management training
for the person with diabetes, and for the person at risk for developing
diabetes
Our Vision:
SWADE promotes professional practice and development for its members It
strives to provide quality care and legislative advocacy for those it
