like it would fit We deal with all ages and diagnoses but are a 24 hour
crisis program

Coos County Coalition for Substance Abuse Prevention, as well as a couple
of tobacco prevention coalitions

The Hertford County Rural Health Network is providing diabetes self-
management education, a public pharmacy for low income residents
without health insurance and HIV Disease Case Management in the
community
The Northeastern North Carolina Partnership for Public Health has
provided a regional health assessment, in-debt studies of HIV Disease
and Diabetes in our region, and is conducting a social marketing
campaign for obesity/diabetes prevention
Both networks are public/community health oriented
