This audit has been written for East Kent Coastal Teaching PCT under
Endocrine/Metabolic Disease

Total Practice Population
All active, registered patients
Patients with no record of diabetes OR patients who do have a record of
diabetes but have a subsequent diabetes resolved or removed from register
entry
This is the base population for the 3 following searches
Patients who do not have any record of diabetes with one of the
following:
C10 Diabetes mellitus
OR patients who do have a record of diabetes but whose LAST Diabetes
Register entry shows Removed From Register before the end of last
month, and since the latest diagnosis code
Or those with Diabetes resolved since the latest diagnosis:
212H Diabetes resolved
21263 Diabetes resolved
Patients with a record of impaired glucose tolerance IGT, impaired
fasting glycaemia IFG or gestational diabetes ever
Patients with no record of diabetes OR patients who do have a record
of diabetes but have a subsequent diabetes resolved or
removed from
register entry
With a record of impaired glucose tolerance IGT:
