Congratulations You took the first step towards helping your child get to
a healthy weight Overweight children are at risk for many serious health
problems

Heres how you can help:

Help your child get to ALL the IEHP Weight Management Program classes

Reduce fat and calories in your familys diet
Stay away from drinks with sugar - drink water instead
Stock your kitchen with low fat foods, fruits and vegetables
Make sure your child gets lots of exercise and outdoor fun
